Collaborative Growth: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and CSM teams to drive lead generation and grow our client base.
Skilled Outreach: Craft and deliver persuasive pitches, demos, and outreach strategies that highlight customer value—across channels from cold call to social outreach.
Process-Driven Development: Support efficient lead qualification, using CRM tools and clear workflows to manage prospects and hand them off to account executives smoothly.
Educational Initiatives: Enable internal teams and customer-facing staff to understand our product offerings through presentations and training or webinar session.
Strategic Coordination: Serve as the bridge between marketing campaigns, sales goals, and operations to ensure cohesive client acquisition strategies.
Continuous Improvement: Evaluate outreach metrics and prospect engagement to refine approaches, and contribute to developing playbooks and guidelines.
Work closely with Sales team to identify and engage qualified leads via cold calls, emails, social platforms, and event follow-ups.
Conduct discovery sessions to understand client pain points, aligning them with product solutions.
Maintain a strong pipeline and accurately track all prospect activities in the CRM.
Collaborate with Sales team members to book meetings and support proposal development.
Assist in pre-sales preparation—including pricing, proposal content, and technical documentation.
Work alongside Sales Operations and Marketing to ensure alignment in outbound campaigns and messaging.
Help produce internal sales collateral, scripts, email templates, and training materials.
Monitor key performance indicators like conversion rates, email response rates, and lead quality.
Contribute to optimizing processes—especially for outreach strategies, messaging, and lead scoring.
Generate reports and insights to inform pipeline management and other go-to-market decisions.
1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or inside sales—preferably in B2B SaaS or solution selling.
Proven ability to source and qualify leads—especially via cold outreach and CRM management.
Excellent storytelling and communication skills, both written and spoken.
Comfortable navigating tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, or similar platforms.
Strong organization and attention to detail—ability to manage a fast-paced pipeline with efficient documentation.
Familiarity with ERP, billing workflows, cloud platforms or CRM integrations is a plus.
