Digital Creative Producer
Collaborate closely with the AI Production Director to conceptualize, generate, and refine creative digital content using AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, ElevenLabs, Canva AI).
Develop AI prompts and creative directions that align with client objectives — ensuring human-AI co-creation delivers impactful stories, visuals, and campaign ideas.
Manage and curate AI-generated assets including text, visuals, and videos — refining them to meet brand tone, emotion, and communication goals.
Work with the AE, strategy, media and creative teams to produce integrated multimedia content — social content, visuals, scripts, and product narratives — optimized for digital platforms.
Support in AI-assisted campaign development across social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, etc.) with fresh and trend-aware content ideas.
Ensure that all AI-assisted content is aligned with brand identity, local cultural relevance, and platform compliance (e.g., Meta content policies).
Collaborate with internal and external creative producers to build and optimize image/video, motion, and visual storytelling with AI augmentation.
Monitor and analyze AI content performance metrics, extract insights, and propose improvements for engagement and conversion.
Stay on top of emerging AI and digital trends — proactively experimenting with new tools and technologies that enhance creativity and workflow efficiency.
Contribute to the content development roadmap and digital marketing plans, integrating data-driven creativity with AI innovation.
    
2–4 years of experience in digital content creation, social media, or creative communication (experience with AI tools is a plus).
Deep curiosity and passion for AI in creativity, from generative visuals to smart copywriting and automation workflows.
Experience creating and managing content across multiple digital channels.
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, D-ID, or similar (training will be provided).
Knowledge of SEO, social trends, and content optimization strategies.
Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, or Notion-based sites) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights).
Ability to work in a fast-paced creative environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent command of English and Thai (for bilingual content development is a plus).
Attention to detail, adaptability, and a forward-thinking mindset to merge creativity with AI-driven innovation.
Understanding of digital marketing campaigns, including media ads and performance content.
Basic understanding of AI prompt engineering for creative content generation both image/video.
