At So Idea YOU'LL ENJOY : 

  • Own the ideation, creation, and publishing of social content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LINE, and YouTube — from concept to caption to final asset.
  • Develop platform-native content ideas that ride cultural moments and social trends, tailored for hospitality and lifestyle brands.
  • Create and curate content in multiple formats — short-form video, reels, stories, static visuals, carousels, and copy — optimized for each platform's behavior and algorithm.
  • Collaborate with the AE, strategy, media, and creative teams to translate campaign briefs into engaging social content and content calendars.
  • Use AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Canva AI) to accelerate ideation, visual production, and copy development — refining outputs to meet brand tone and quality standards.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand identity, local cultural relevance, and platform compliance (e.g., Meta content policies).
  • Work with internal and external producers, photographers, and KOLs to develop image, video, and motion content for social storytelling.
  • Monitor content performance (engagement, reach, conversion), extract insights, and continuously sharpen the content approach.
  • Stay on top of social platform updates, format trends, and emerging creator tools — proactively experimenting with what's next.
  • Contribute to clients' content roadmaps and always-on social plans, blending creativity with data-driven thinking.


WE ARE LOOKING FOR : 

  • 2–4 years of experience in social media content creation, digital content, or creative communication — agency or brand side.
  • A strong feel for what performs on social — hooks, trends, formats, and platform culture (especially TikTok, Instagram, and LINE).
  • A portfolio of social content you've created or managed (personal or professional accounts both welcome).
  • Hands-on content production skills: copywriting, basic visual/video editing (CapCut, Canva, Premiere, or similar).
  • Familiarity with AI creative tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, or else (a plus — training will be provided).
  • Understanding of social analytics tools (Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics) and how to turn numbers into content decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced creative environment, juggle multiple brands, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent command of Thai and English (bilingual content development is a plus).
  • Attention to detail, adaptability, and genuine curiosity about social culture and creator trends.


Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with hospitality, travel, or lifestyle brands.
  • Understanding of paid social and performance content (what makes an ad-ready asset).
  • Basic AI prompt skills for image/video generation.
  • Experience working with KOLs/influencers or UGC creators.
