We plan monthly social media content for IHOP Thailand, the content we come up with has to align with the restaurant's promotion and offer. IHOP team wants to gain sales opportunity and lead customers to the restaurant. Our team uses creative ideas to find IHOP's unique selling point, changed the brand image to become more approachable to Thai market.

Through the use of creative ideas, we adapt the brand's approach tactics and find their new unique and outstanding selling points in order for people to remember IHOP from their first glance. We also shift the brand image to become more suitable and approachable to Thai audience.

Result

The brand image has shifted and become more easily approached to Thai audience, the creatives are shown in a modern and playful ways. Moreover, the sales rate has increased from all the online activities and promotions.
