Objective and challenge
SCG aims to create an unbrand Facebook page to educate people about water and other related topics. Our main challenge is to gain a great number of likes and followers as much as possible monthly.
We have created the Facebook page name "เรื่องน้ำน้ำ" along with 2 main characters called "พี่ท่อ" and "น้องน้ำ", we gave them the role to communicate with people in order to drive better engagements. When we first start, the content was pure education, we educate people about pipes, water and other things that is pipe related. There was no tie-in post since we wanted to create brand awareness first.
From 2018 to 2020, the page has a total page like number of 80,076 likes which is 69% increased in both likes and followers.
