We used a multiple social media & online tools; Facebook, Search ad, Programmatic advertising, to get as much number of people who are interested in Unio Townhome as possible. With our A.I.power, the system optimise the campaign and generated numbers of qualified leads. From our online leads, the registers showed an average of 1:4 become successful purchaser the condo within 2 months.

Objective

SOIDEA team has been given the task to get as much number of people who are interested in Unio Townhome as possible. With the use of a single media tool; Facebook Lead Generation Ad and a limited time of 2 months to achieve this objective. 

Media Strategy

Our media team has used prospecting target to find the potential customers which is divided as; location base, investor and house interest. Moreover, we have tested the campaign by using A/B testing to reach other potential target and placement in order to find the most effective tool for the campaign. 

Result

Within 2 months, we have reached the average result of the number of leads (#) of 332 leads and the average CPL (Cost per lead) is only 207.5 baht.
