Objective and challenge
Property Perfect team has come up with the task for SOIDEA to reach the audience with an interest of getting a condo as much as possible by using only traffic objective and with the limited working time of 2 months.
Our media team used prospecting target to find the potential customers by divided into;
1. Location base, which are investors and people who is interested in buying a condominium.
2. Remarketing both on Facebook page and the website.
3. Lookalike targeting, by using Conversion from the website.
Moreover, we used video story, influencers, website PR and other forms to help this campaign become more successful.
In the course of 2 months, we got the total number of 2,624 leads, the average CPL (Cost per lead) is 411.62 baht per conversion. We made 16 million impressions and overall 2,242 comments on social media posts.
