The President Condo aimed to get the number of leads as much as possible through the use of Facebook Lead Generation Ad and Google Search Ad. SOIDEA has set a goal to expand the customer base and to reach the target audience better resulting in a satisfying number of CPL.

Objective and challenge

The objective we have to complete for The President Condo, is to get the number of people who are interested in buying a condominium as much as possible. The real challenge is we can only use Facebook Lead Generation Ad and Google Search Ad to reach this objective. 

Strategy

As stated, we can only use Facebook Lead Generation Ad and Google Search Ad. Our media team has set a goal to expand the customer base in order to reach the target audience better and effectively in a wider range.

Result

We got the average CPL (Cost per lead) of 257 baht from Facebook Lead Generation Ad and the average CPL of 233 baht per conversation from Google Search Ad.
